What we collect (full list)
The full list of personal information categories Nomisma LLC collects:
- Identifiers — your email address, if you create an account.
- Commercial information — your Apple-managed subscription state.
- App activity — if you use the AI Podcast feature, the questions the AI host asked, which persona you picked, and timestamps, tied to your account, so you can resume sessions. We do not collect your spoken answers, your recordings, or any transcript of them — those stay on your device.
We do not collect any other category of personal information.
Why we collect it
- To identify your account and let you sign in across devices.
- To verify that you have an active subscription for paid features.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any decision-making that produces legal effects.
We do not sell or share
Nomisma LLC does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. We have never done so and have no intention to.
Your rights
- Know what personal information we hold about you.
- Delete that information.
- Correct inaccurate information.

- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
