Mindmic is operated by Nomisma LLC, a United States limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our").
Only what we actually need to run the app:
No advertising IDs, no third-party analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting trackers.
If you tap export or share, that's you sending the file — not us collecting it.
Recordings stay on your iPhone, in the app's protected sandbox. We do not have a copy and cannot recover them if your device is lost. If you sign in with email, that email is stored with our authentication provider (Amazon Cognito, in the U.S. AWS region) strictly to identify your account. AI Podcast session records (described above) are stored in our database in the same U.S. AWS region, tied to your account, and are removed when you delete your account.
All purchases and subscriptions go through Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment information directly — we never see your credit card. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to that part of the experience.
We do not sell or share your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). See the California page for details on your specific rights.
Mindmic is for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Account communication is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS). Recordings are stored in the app's sandbox on your device. We recommend using a device passcode.
Recordings live on your device until you delete them. Your account information and AI Podcast session records are kept until you request deletion via Profile → Danger Zone → Delete my account, which removes your account and its associated session records. See Delete account.
If this policy materially changes, we will surface a notice in-app. The Effective Date above tracks the most recent revision.
